The TV Ad for the Jamesons International Film Festival involved wrangling lots of directors chairs which had to morph from an alien spaceship into a "war of the Worlds" type walker. Lots of tricky particle based simulation.

Singapore navy. I worked on this crazy commercial as an animator. My main contribution was to design the sea battle sequence.

A few years ago, Ark were approached to help make a pilot TV show in the vein of 2DTV, the idea was pretty much the same i.e caricatures of politicians and celebrities doing and saying funny things. This one was good old George Bush. We were sent a model and asked to animate him to a piece of dialogue. The the show never went ahead but I quite liked the shot:

This job involved using the game developers own motion captured game data and a lot of their in game character models were featured due to a short timescale. My job on this was to develop and animate the sequences that all had to link up from one time period to another.

We Directed this as our first job when we left Particle systems and setup Ark VFX in 2003. I produced storyboards, modelling, animation, editing and sound effects.

My main involvement was as Animator and Sequence Designer. Taking the many moves and plays that were captured and trying to re-create the essence of the dynamic, skillful and sometimes brutal action that is Super League.

This was the my favourite of the many CocoPops ads Ark did. I was reponsible for all the animation on this one. I dont get to do much cartoon-like character animation so really enjoyed getting those characters to bowl those Coco Balls!
